All orders ship from our warehouse in Lithuania (EU) and are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Please note that processing time is not included in the estimated delivery times below.

Estimated Delivery Times (via Global Mail)

  • EU: 3–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays of up to 10 business days due to factors beyond our control.

All standard shipments are delivered by your local postal service.

Tracking

All orders are fully tracked. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

You can also track your order anytime via our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Customs & Import Fees

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country.

We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
