Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Items may be opened and checked (as in a store), but must be returned undamaged and not excessively used.
Proof of purchase is required (order number, tracking number, or email used at checkout).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customersupport@giagia.co and include photos or video proof.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement and cover all related costs.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused or only handled as necessary to inspect them.
Return shipping costs apply. If an item is returned used or damaged beyond normal handling, a deduction may be made.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
We may hold the refund until the item is received or return shipment is confirmed.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact customersupport@giagia.co.
Cancellations
Non-EU orders: Orders can be canceled before shipping. If already shipped, returns follow the 30-day policy.
EU orders: You may cancel within 14 days of delivery, even if the order has shipped.
